it's my official last working day with Doubletree by Hilton, KL.
it's been a wonderful pleasure & pressure working with that company.
i know people might say, ur kinda stupid leaving that BRANDED company.
but does the people knows what really happen inside that hotel.
NO they don't..so just shut the F**king Up if u don't know anything.
those who work there knows what really happen.
even though there's ups & downs with the people there & the work load.
but still it's a great opportunity for me to work there.
i've been with Doubletree by Hilton, KL for bout 9 months.
let me show u the flow of my life time there:
October 1st, 2010 - January 2nd, 2011
role: as a trainee (in HR Department)
job title: HR Coordinator
January 10th, 2011 - February 28th, 2011
role: as a contract (in HR Department)
job title: HR Coordinator
March 1st, 2011 - June 24th, 2011
role: as a permanent (in HR Department)
job title: HR Coordinator
people always think that being in the HR department is the easiest job ever.
coz they thought that we only work sitting in the air-conditioning office.
but did they know that the load of work that we have to do??
they do not know anything, they think that their job is much more complicated.
do u work under pressure with deadlines??
do u work with the complicated department heads??
do u work with the sister's property reports??
do u work with load's of paper works??
do u work with all the systems that connected to the payroll??
do u work with the team member's benefits??
NO THEY DO NOT WORK LIKE US.!!
im not complaining bout the work load & all, but it's sort of a thing for us to talk bout it.
work with Doubletree by Hilton, KL is double the pressure & double the stress.
but do we got double the salary?? NO.!
the department that is under my wings are:
- HR
- Engineering
- Kitchen/Stewarding
- Purchasing
- IT
- Front Office
- Security
this are the department that i handle with love & care.
but sometimes i got burst out bcoz of the pressure.
sorry guys but i love u guys & thanks for making me nuts.
there's nothing more i can write down, co it's going to drag a long way.
it's better for me to stop if not i'm gonna POP out my eyes.LOL
