the C.O.D day..

i was been elected as the C.O.D (chef of the day) and been assist by Anom by the lecterer..
so the duty was i have to make a menu so that we can sold it..
so i've created the menu as in:

Appetizer - Seafood Cocktail
Soup - Corn & Crab Chowder Soup
Main Course - Roasted Lemon Chicken with Butter Lemon Sauce
- Grill Striploin Steak with Cranberry Sauce
Dessert - Banana Split

then, kne la like give the duty to my classmate so that the work be organized n easy.
so i was been assigned to make the saoup with Tyra & Farah..
our soup was an average taste lar..it wasn't easy actually to make the soup..hehe

da siap sume done cooking kne la anta the food up stairs to the restaurant kitchen..
at 1st it was difficult but slowly it came to the senses..hehe
da ltih sume bwt kje siap done customer pn da abes..so time for clearing..
da clear skit2 kt ats then kne trun nk clear an ape yg xclear..
then kne la ngamok agy ngn Chef Bunt' psl smpah lar xclear la..
stress gler dgr dye membebel la ape la..not satisfied with our cleaning lar..
then briefing for the last b4 blik..then luahan hati msing2 kne luah..
then its time to go home..damn tired like hell..haha

♥♥ tired, need lots of rest for energy..
